Operation Anime Storm is a legit program, no scam, no lie, no bull! It may not be big but it is honorable. The only practical proof I can suggest is to go to the website and look at the troop’s post under serviceotaku and you will see the address listed are APO (Army Post Office). However do not offer money it will not be accepted! Care Packages only may be donated.
