Absolute Anime

I would have pictures but at this point in time my vagina is incomplete. There is a lot of scar tissue. Not too pleasant. I am thinking about installing neons, though. Maybe after I do that then I'll take the pics.

Penis and testicle removal - complete sex change.

The first doctor didn't know how to make a vagina properly:
Labial reduction - both sets of labia reduced by almost half it's original size.
Going back for second surgery on Tuesday.
Spinners installed.
May be forgetting something.

I may be painting it menstrual cycle red.
