Absolute Anime

ok so there was this anime my wife saw about this boy who got a bleed ing nose by being touched by a female,she also said that there was this butler who named some punch'end of earth' please help us we have been trying to find it but no avail

That kinda sorts things out but my knowledge of 'anime with butlers' is very limitted because those shows are not always within my interest. Nevertheless, it is definitely a slap-stick comedy type. Definitely not Hayate. Perhapes it's from the 80's? Can you describe what the art is like?
