Well for one Brolly is a little on the crazy side, that and because when they were kids goku would not stop crying so that made brolly angry.

Brolly was upset because ppl paid more attention to him. Even though he had a much higher power.

broly hates goku because he beat him and now he want's revenge in broly second coming
