Need a serious help

Hello friends, I need a serious help. I have been playing 'Genshin Impact' on my PC for the past few days. But there is a problem while playing the game. After a few minutes of playing, the game is crashing and freezing a lot.
I dont know why this happens. Any help would be highly appreciated.
My PC Configuration:
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit
CPU: i5-7400
RAM: 2*8 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
Motherboard: ASRock H110M
GPU: Zotac Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB
SSD: Crucial BX500 480GB
I dont know why this happens. Any help would be highly appreciated.
