VIZ is the only one I've seen Di Gi Charat published by... So I have no idea who does it better. I haven't actually read Di Gi Charat but I plan too, it look so cute! ^^

I recommend reading it. It's cute but its funny. Everyone of my friends that I've let read it loves it.
