i cant log in because hearts surround my name usually and i lost them so i cant get in with out them..i guess i wont be here again

okay i got the right username & password but it wont' log me in cause of my e-mail. it says its incorrect but its not...i think its because my computer got upgraded today to windows 200 professional and it used to be ME edtion along with my internet being fixed ...and i dunno maybe it messsed with it ?

I need the <b>exact</b> error message it gives if I'm going to help with that.

i think that maybe my username and password is inactive so i go to get a activation code so that its active . but when i type in my e-mail address this is the exact* error message i get.

are you sure that you type in youre e-mail adress correctly ?

yeah i even copy & paste it 2 make sure .

What about youre password ? do u type that the right way ? Maybe you should gpo check to make sure that you didnt' forget it.

Send me an email using that same email address, and I will compare it to the one on file. If it matches, I'll reset the password and try logging myself.

okay i cliucked on help i forgot my passsword - just to make sure that im typing the right one in and when it asks me 4 my e-mail , again it says that it dosent' match my username...ugh.......
