Absolute Anime

so far i've seen almost all the episodes since they started airing on Adult Swim some 2 or so years ago. i've been able to make sense of most of it (i think) but i really am clueless when it comes to the details. i saw the "last" epidsode where angel discovers thatbut the ending was waaaaaay open-ended. also i totally dont get "act 14: roger the wanderer" i have no idea how it fits in with the whole thing. If someone would liek to take the time to explain this the over-arching plot in detail, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks.
