I love this book, in my English class, we just finished the book. We did fun activities with this story. My English teacher said that this book isn't allowed to be read in some schools for certain reasons, but I think EVERY school should read it! I think "The Giver" is my favorite book!

You should find out yourself, because the beginning of the story is supposed to be confusing, and if I tell you, I'll ruin the good parts that no one would want to have spoiled because it's the kind of story you want to explore yourself, and you want to understand the story yourself. It's a VERY wonderful, great, and interesting story. You'll LOVE it!!! You must trust me on that.

well, lol. i didnt read ALL of it, i told my teatcher i read over weekend like i was told to do, but i only REALLY reed when i was told to reada line out loud or something like that...
