Dont know specifically the name but it is the first or second episode in the Christianity/ Shogo Amaksa arc.

yup! it's the shimabara arc... misao tries to find out about something that i don't know ( i really don't know what she's up to coz i haven't watch the episode before that picture.) and encounters the child of god. shogou swings his sword and a bright flash of light blinded misao. then aoshi came and rescue misao. i forgot the technique's name...
