Get Backer(or Getto Bakkazu) fans!

Ok..
I found out about Get Backers and it seems REALLY good, so i might buy it.
Just in case...do u think i should or shouldn't(tell me y pleez) and PLEEZ tell me if there is any other animes u no tht is similar or as(hopefully) comedic as well...

I have seen about the first half of it. So far I like it quite a bit. On my personal 0 to 10 scale, I give it about a 7. I like it because, although it is funny, there is some substance to it. I really like it when they get into the philosophy of music when they are recovering a rare violin and of art when they get involved with art theft/forgery. Actually, I almost didn't put it in my rental queue because it looked too silly. Glad I decided to watch it.

I have only read the manga for it, have not seen the anime.
But I really enjoy the Getbackers, it's a great story. Very good story, funny as heck, and... well, not sure about the anime, but the manga is a tad bit perverted... but, I still like it.

Akabane Kuroudo, Fuuchoin Kadzuki and Shido...they're the soolest characters in the whole series, and were motivation for me, when I was watching it.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved it, but the plot eas thrown out of the window after the first half.

i've debated about watching this series, part of me does and part of me doesnt. But i think i'll give it a shot when i get the time
