I'd say Inuyasha would beat Yusuke and um....Ed would beat Vash(sorry Vash...)

Yusuke only has five or six spirit gun shots.
Inuyasha could easily beat him since the wind scar and backlash wave are infinite.
Vash could beat Ed.
(though why he would fight him is beyond me)
all Ed has going is alchemy, and the first law of equivalent exchange is that to gain something you must offer something of equal value in return, so ed would not be able to conjure anything considerably powerful without first proferring something equally powerful.
Vash is too good a shot, plus he is (literally) inhumanly fast and has the whole angel arm thing going.

I Wanna ADD!!!!!!!How about Ash(pokemon) against Tai(digimon),Luffy(One Piece) against Zoey(Mew Mew Power),and Sailor Moon (sailor moon duh) agianst Goku(Dragon ball whatver*any season is what I mean*.

vash would kick eds ass but yusuke would kill inyuashia although its true he could only fire 6 shots but your forgeting his speed over inyuashia he could simply come from behind and kill him before he could dodge!!!!!!!!

VASH WOULD KICK EVERYONE'S ASS!! I mean, he's juts pure energy and he can blow up the whole planet if he wanted to. He's super fast as well and I think he can heal himself. Hey Otaku-sama? Can Vash heal himself?

Yusuke (i mean the guy beat some of the most powerful demons ever, inuyasha is cool though.)
and... i have no clue about the otehr two, never really heard of them (cept vash, but never actually seen him...)
