Strange problem

A strange message seems to appear sometimes after someone tries to post to a thread. The post is still attached to the thread, but the page goes white, and this message appears, message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?
Leon seems to have seen this as well.

It seems that the confirmation page doesn't want to appear. I have sent a PM to the webmaster about the message.

It appears something went wrong with an update. I set it to upload this morning before I left for work, but I didn't have time to stick around to make sure it all went okay.

Because he uninstalled the mod. Normally you back up the files wich have to be changed for a mod so you can always reset everything if something goes wrong.

Exactly. I uploaded the backup to get everything working while I look into what was causing the problem. It has to do something with that mod, but I don't know if it was a problem with the code or if just not all the files got uploaded, since I wasn't able to stick around and see it finish.
