omg, i am compleatly in love with anime
i can sense it when its near and i spend all my money on it, wich isnt much but its what i got lol
i think anime may be addicting but they have the best storylines and the hottest guys... like tsukasa

im going to go broke buying manga! ^_^ im glad ur so interested in anime & manga! ^___^

ok well this is basically it...
U see it starts out with twins: Rena and Shugo. Rena enters a contest 4 constumes from legendary characters known as the .hackers. Rena wins and she makes Shugo play a virtual game known as "The World" Where u r able to enter a world and interact with other players 4 your own reasons. Well the costumes that Rena won make her and Shugo look just like them which r Rena/ Black rose the heavy blade and Shugo/ Kite the twin blade. Shugo runs into an A.I or an unidentifyed player named Aura and she gives him Kites bracelet which makes him able to use data drain which makes him able to drain a monster that he fights and ect. Well a while earlier there was an incident that included the .Hackers and the incident has happend again (what that incident is i have no idea) and so they have other friends and they now play together and try to figure out Shugo's bracelet.

but thats a different searies thats .Hack// the twighlight or something. thats not what they r talking about and thats the only info i know on .Hack// the twighlight. I havent seen the other one.

.Hack//Sign is the best of the series. .Hack//Liminality is good for answering the questions left by Sign. .Hack//Legend of Twilight kinda ruins the genre, but it's alright for younger audiences.

i watched almost every episode of .hack//sign..but i dont really get it lol....let me see..he cant log out because he was killed in the real world? but i dont get why he's like being chased by the crimson knights or w.e. and then thers that cat! i have no idea what it is! but it looks like a cat person and it every where the MC goes (i for get his name its been forever since i watched it) and its scary! but whats that thing the MC controls, alot of people fear it or something.....hmm i dont know...then who is that girl thats he's always looking at thats like sleeping or w.e. and really scary....

He can't log out till Aura(the sleeping girl) is awaked by him, and the cat NPC is seen as a vagrant AI(artifical intellentice), or bug data, it's name is Mach(c is slient) the thing Tsukasa has is called a guardian, a creation of Maha's, and Tsukasa maybe a boy in the game, but outside of the game(eps 1-26) An shoji(a girl) was in a coma.

The incident was simply Morgan making a bid for survival, her purpose was to awake up Aura(after .hack//AI buster), since a Aura prototype failed(Lycrios, and once Aura had enough data about certain emotions, Morgan would have to kill Aura, triggering Aura's birth, and then Morgan, having furfilled her purpose would be deleted, but Morganna developed into a AI, and chose not to furfill her programming, she even had Skeith chasing Aura for six months, after a plan with Sora failed, (.Hack//Zero) thru the games(where Kite and the .Hackers come in(Orca, Blackrose, Mistral, Piros, Mia(Maha had been redesigned after she allowed herself to be data drained by a Dawn Wonderer), Elk, Sanjuro, Natsume, Gardenia(played by one of the 3 girls),(looks almost exactly like Mimika, (played by three girls), Nuke Usagimaru, Racheal, Marlo, Moonstone, Wiseman, Balmung and Terajima Ryoko, with Helba joining you, Orca rejoins, and AIs of Tsukasa, Subaru, and Sora joining you at the same time as Helba does, (she followed the epitath of twilight, and didn't get involved in Kite's battles against the 8 phases and all of the data bugs.

o ok i somewhat get it..gah...so confusing.....

No being data drained by one of the eight phases puts a player in a coma and sent to an unknown area, but Morganna made a big mistake: allowing Tsukasa to move about freely anywere he wanted to in "The World". But Morganna did not use her power, drain heart, unless she deemed it necessary, like in the last few minutes of her prolonged existance, against Kite.

In plain english, Tsukasa was able to go to any area, cause Morganna gave him that power and a wand she created herself and altering Tsukasa's character data and memories and Maha gave him a guardian after he opened a trap treasure chest, that was set to data drain him, and since he was data drained by the chest, as a result, An Shoji(his player) fell into a coma, and, if An shoji remained in that game-induced coma, she would not have survived, by having her cruel father unplug everything that was keeping An alive, or pass away on her own.

*ahem* anyone here that can explain in english?
