I can't decide... Chi-Chi was really cool when she was little but now she's annoying. Bulma's cool.. dunno why but she is.

Probably Bulma. Me and my brother blame Chi Chi for turning what could be the most powerful fighter to succed Goku into a nerd. I'm talking about Gohan.
