saito would win because Kenshin would not kill and Saito would believe that kenshin, muso and inuyasha are evil...and when he thinks somebody is evil he will not stop and does not feel pain

Actually, Kenshin WOULd kill. He went looking for the fake Battosai, and killed the people that were ganging up on him. He also killed the evil Police guy who was trying to arrest Kenshin because he was wearing a sword.

kenshin killed nobody except in the OAV's then he killed hundreds but ever since the Meiji Restoration he hasnt killed

I read it in the First Manga book. I still have to get the rest.
Anyways, Kenshin Transforms when he kills. His eyes are more slitted. Then afterwards, he is more carefree again. But often times, when it's not serious, he just breaks bones. Oftentimes.

the first manga book? i think i have that is it called *run upstairs to find the name*
................ VOLUME 1? well is it a book with the first few comics compiled into it? it shows him killing at the start but that was insight into his past this one thinks....when he transforms he is battousai but at other times he is rather meek and addresses himself in 3rd person....."this one"

Not at the start, when the police man is going to kill The girl's name (dude, i'm so rusty) And Kenshin asks the police man if he's totaly sure about that. Then he kills the guy. And it's not a flash back!

im pretty sure he never kills a police man...the only police man he ever fights seriously is saito
