I have. It's a great anime series. The third installment called "The Second Raid" is currently under production.

havent seen these but ive heard about it....is it related to full metal alchemist......(well i have to be sure!)

the creators probably just used the same-ish name so they could market there next series and make it easier to have a storyline? thats my assumtion now
