It's not a rumour. It was created by fans who obviously didn't want the Dragonball series to end.
And also, there is already a topic about this!!! The topic title is pure and simple and also very easy to understand...

Could the AF stand for After Fight, or After Flight, or maybe APRIL FOOLS.
Who ever drew that picture of goku as a SSJ5 was good..too good.
