3nd Movie Rumor

Ok... my friend told me a rumor about the 3nd Inuyasha movie (Swords of the Honorable Ruler)
However there's a 100% chance that it's not true and I shall put it in a spoiler thingy.
You know that this movie is about the 3nd sword, Inuyasha and Sesshomaru? Well, my friend said that the 3nd sword gets destroied so Inuyasha and Sesshomaru would be able to own it.
Is it true?

Inuyasha's father also owned a 3nd sword. It can hurt and heal others. That's the 3nd sword.

Well this is a spoiler but:
Sou'uga is hell is kills 100 demons
Tenseiga is the sword of Heaven it saves 100 demons
Tetsusaiga is the sword of Man/Protection it can slay 100 demons
