ok i dont know her name ( sorry im not good at remembering japanese names) but shes the alien girl with the guitar and the moterbike. well does anyone know what her braclet does with the chain link on it the pirate king had a ling to on his forhean in the last episode also Mabye it tracks the pirate kings power. also who do u think she was talking to in the first episode it was like she had a comunicater thing on her wrist

Her name: Haruko Haruhara (her real name is Raharu Haruha)

The thing on her wrist: think of it like a beacon. It homes in on her "target".

And she was talking to Naota's cat: Miyu Miyu (or rather, through him--watch episode 2).

The bracelet tracks N.O. whenever a portal opens it will jiggle. and yes she was talking to a cat. the cat serves as kind of a walkie talkie, that seems to have signal, hence her saying "Damn the signals dead" during episode 5.
