Can anyone please tell me the name of the girl in this pic?

A friend asked me and I tried to look, according to what I've looked up she is supposedly a character in Angel Dust Neo, but I have my doubts. Every site I find is in German, and if it has her picture it is just in a wallpaper without her name.
Can anyone help? I will be greatful.
