Absolute Anime

Heroic Legend of Arslan – All I can say is MORE!!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 a 9.5*. But there are only two discs! It’s essentially about several engaging characters sworn to protect a young prince and help him get his kingdom back. It as based on ancient Persian legend and has a wonderfully exotic feel. The animation is beautiful if a bit dated, great battle scenes, characters you care about but only two discs! Arrrrrgh! I must find the manga and see what finally happens!!

* 9 = Almost a 10 but just that pinch shy of perfection. A series I will buy.
