As far as I can tell, Mega Man is asking about the Cardcaptor Sakura series. I beleive Mega Man wants to know how the Clow Book found it's way to her basement.

(I've caught the odd episode on Nickleodeon. This is beyond my knowledge.)

sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry for the miss spelled things well this is what i said ok how did Sakura get the clowbook in her house, like before she open the book,(one thing people stope being betting me up i try my best i'm dislexies i do not blam the two last people that posted i'm not made gust telling you)

I don't exactly remember this episode I saw it once and that was years ago... I don't think there was ever a reason why it got there.... It was just there...

Following the manga, Clow Reed put it there. Why? It's because Clow Reed had the abitlity to be forced to see the future and he saw that Sakura would become the next master of the cards. So he created the sealing staff(a.k.a the thing that sakura uses), placed magic on the clow book that when Sakura will move in to the house, the clow book will go into the basement; placed the moonbell in the shrine, and did the rest of the arrangements like Li going to Japan.

Did I just hear right? Do I rock?? ...I just got too obsessed with Card Captor Sakura especially my favorite character,Clow Reed.
