However, when Edward and Alphonse catch-up with the man, they discover that he is a powerful alchemist, and easily escapes the brothers. However, upon further investigation afterward, the man was discovered to be mere weeks from being lawfully released – as well as in his possessions a picture of a woman who's capable of healing by using alchemy! Intrigued, Edward and Alphonse head for Milos Valley, home of this woman... and a hotspot in a conflict between Amestris and neighboring Creta... mostly because the woman may possess a Philosopher's Stone, which she intends to use to free her people!
