Character Description: Commander Volcott O'Huey
Volcott O'Huey is the commanding officer, as well as father figure, to the Angel Troop. He was quite the officer in his youth, as his nickname suggests. He was the one responsible for taking a young girl β Forte Stollen β off the streets and into a military carreer. They are still close friends today, sometimes going on missions together.
Volcott tries to be patient with the girls, whose odd quirks in personality often irritate him. Often, when he gets upset, he will take to vacuuming floors. He, at one time, entered a diving contest under the name 'Valdmir Volcott. He also, on occasion, plays chess with Normad.
