Anime Profile: Generator Gawl

Gawl is a high school student in the year 2007. He has two friends called Koji and Ryo. They share a house with Gawl's rival/possible girlfriend, Masami, who is friends with the quiet, yet mysterious Natsume. It seems perfect, but what the people around them don't know is that Gawl, Koji, and Ryo have come from the future to stop a scientist called Takuma Nekasa from discovering the gene code that leads to the future creation of organic mecha-like creatures called Generators... which is exactly what Gawl is underneath that human disguise.

It would be easy, if it weren't for the Generators sent through time as well to stop the boys from accomplishing this task. Along the way, they encounter more obstacles in the form of the scientist Ryuko Saito and her assistant Kanae, who each are more than what they seem.
