Anime Profile: Mobile Suit Gundam F91

The second feature-length Gundam movie takes place on Year 0123 of the Universal Century. The Earth and the Colonies have been at peace for thirty years, however the fires of War are once again reignited with the emergence of a new faction know as the Crossbone Vanguard. Most of the Earth Federation has fallen to this new threat, mostly due to the complacency and peace from the last decades. Gundam F91 begins in the Frontier IV Colony, where the Vanguard wastes no time in immediately taking over the Colony.

A student named Seabook Arno is caught in the deadly cross fire and witnesses the death of many of his friends. He's even more shocked to discover that her friend, Cicily, is the heir to the Vanguard's Ronah Family. However, Seabook discovers her mother's work, a Mobile Suit called the Gundam Formula 91. Seabook is reluctant to pilot it, but he soon discovers his hidden Newtype abilities and uses them to turn try and turn the tide in this new War.
