Character Description: Neil Dylandy

As the first Lockon Stratos, Neil is a member of Celestial Being and Meister to Gundam Dynames. He is the oldest and most easy-going of the Gundam pilots. He is very kind and considerate towards the people around him. Neil holds a lot of anger towards terrorists due to the killing of his family. After his parents and little sister Amy were killed in a terrorist attack, Neil desired the power to change the world, leading him to Celestial Being. Though Neil's younger, identical twin brother Lyle survived the terrorist attack, they have not kept in touch over the years. Neil does, however, visit the graves of his family when he can, leaving flowers behind.

Neil is usually cool-minded and he is rarely seen angry. Dealing with people and missions related to terrorism does sometimes affect his judgment and he is sometimes blinded by his emotions. As a trained Gundam Meister, Neil has MS technical skills and is proficient in firearms, MS piloting, and sharp shooting. As a trained sniper, Neil knows about stealth tactics and he has an understanding of physics. Neil's partner is an orange Haro. Haro assists him in piloting Dynames while in sniper mode, as well as helping with maintenance and system calibration.
