Character Description: Italy Veneziano

Italy Veneziano, or North Italy, is the title character of the series. More often, he is often depicted as a simple, happy-go-lucky kind of fellow with now desire to fight at all – much unlike his grandfather Roman Empire. Most of the time, he likes to hang around his best friends Germany and Japan, although not contributing much other than fashioning white flags for surrender and obsessing over trivial matters like pasta and such.

Character Description: Italy Veneziano

Feliciano Vargas (North Italy) is the main character of the series Axis Powers: Hetalia. He represents the country North Italy. He is also referred to as Italy Veneziano. He loves pasta and other Italian food. He has a curl on the left side of his head. He has a brother named Romano Vargas. His brother has a curl on the right side of his head. He is very cheerful and very lazy. When its time to go to war with Germany (doitsu) and Japan (Honda Kiku) he always waves a white flag (which means to surrender). And he also takes siesta's and is a really great artist.

In Chibitalia, Italy becomes a chibier version. He was wearing dress because he was a maid at Austria's house. And many people thought that he was a girl. Before that he was a great painter together with his Grandpa Rome. When he got back home, his friends bullied him. When he was wearing a dress (due to being a maid at Austria's house) Holy Roman Empire had a crush on him because he thought that she was a girl. When Holy Roman Empire asked Chibitalia to join him in war. Chibitalia declined it because when his Grandpa Rome came back from war he had many injuries. Still, Holy Roman Empire left but before leaving Chibitalia gave him a deck broom to remember "her". Holy Roman Empire told "her" that he was going to return for "her".
