Description: Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi
Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi is mainly about two teenage pop stars from Japan, Yumi Yoshimura and Ami Onuki, who get into weird situations. When I first saw the commercial, I thought this would be another stupid "make-money fast" scheme on the Cartoon Network, but then I sat down to watch the actual thing, and I wasn't disappointed.
It was pretty decent. It was funny, but the episodes never went really deep because there are three episodes per show. They would take two minutes to set out the problem, and the rest of the six or so minutes solving it. But what really made me enjoy this was the feeling of it. I felt delighted by this show.
The two main characters in the series are based on two real-life Japanese pop stars of the same name. The real pop stars even do the voices for their characters (Japanese version), though in real life they are no longer teenagers.
