Anime Profile: Karen

Through her own hard work, Ryo Okawa became the first girl to be the leader of the university's all-male cheer squad. However, it is getting tough for the other men to take her seriously. The men, on the other hand, resent having a female as a leader. So under the threat of disbanding, they force Ryo to submit to humiliating tests, such as having a vibrator insider her while waving the school's flag during a game.

As time goes on, the tests become more and more harsh, such as a forced lesbian tryst with one of the girl cheerleaders, all of which ends with Ryo being the prize in a gang bang involving the school's rugby team. Will she flip out... or turn these tests into a source of inner strength?
