Anime Profile: Kiddy Grade

In the future (Star Century 165 to be exact) mankind has traveled and colonized a massive number of worlds. Unfortunately, disagreements between galactic civilizations tend to get out of control. That is where G.O.T.T. (Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs) comes in. It's their job to insure peace and stability throughout the galaxy. Their trump cards are ES (Encounter of Shadow Work) Members, who are agents with special abilities used in order to get the job done.

Kiddy Grade focuses on our two young heroines, Eclair and Lumiere. The beautiful Eclair has the ability to use "Power" which gives her Super Strength (that and lipstick capable of becoming a deadly whip), and Lumiere has the ability to hack into any type of technology. Together, they try to right the wrongs of the galaxy. But they soon discover that things aren't always what they seem. (And neither are G.O.T.T., Eclair and Lumiere themselves.)

In Star Century 0165, the whole galaxy system is ruled by Galactic Union [Ginga Wakusei Ringo]. GOTT (Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs), located on Planet Aineias and directed by a woman named Eclipse, is an organization dedicated to insuring peace throughout the galaxy.

Eclair and Lumiere are receptionists in the GOTT's main office building. But they are not ordinary receptionists! They are GOTT ES members who are placed in the C Class, the lowest class. Usually ES members work as partners. However, there's more to them than meets the eye...

They have to fight against the Nouvlesse under supervision of a double agent named Armblast, along with their friends and enemies from S and G Class: Alv and Dvergr, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, Sinistra and Dextera, A-ou and Un-ou, and Viola and Cesario; not to mention Eclair's past memories and the case of Deucalion.
