Character Profile: Satsuki Kiryuuin

Satsuki Kiryuuin is the student council president at Honnōji Academy, also known as her "kingdom". A very prideful woman, known for ruling Honnōji with an iron fist, as well as calling people "pigs in human clothing", she justifies that the weak and foolish must be ruled; however though she looks like a heartless person, she has a good heart, especially in childhood. She treats the Elite Four as equals and works hard to ensure they are properly prepared before a fight. This even extends to her enemies as Satsuki is quite willing to spare her foes life if it is the better choice. She also respects those with resolve and has been quite forgiving to the Elite Four.

Satsuki is also the daughter of a very powerful CEO of the Revocs Corporation, as well as the chair of Honnōji Academy's board of directors, named Ragyo Kiryuuin. Satsuki and her mother share a very complicated relationship, due to her mother's sinister cruelty. It's been revealed that Satsuki has been suffering from sexual abuse, by her own mother, as she has on many occasions been disturbingly inappropriate with her daughter, fondling and even sexually assaulting Satsuki. It is implied that the abuse has gone on for years, as well as Satsuki constantly enduring it, causing her to become very dominant, cold and prideful as she grew older.
