Character Profile: Tsukasa Hiiragi

Tsukasa Hiiragi is Kagami's younger fraternal twin. She and Kagami also have two other sisters and live with their mother and father.

Tsukasa always has problems with getting her school work done. She has a habit of falling asleep and is a heavy sleeper. She even gets up late in the afternoon when she doesn't have school and she is hard to wake up. She also tends to forget to do her homework and asks her sister to help her or to copy her sisters homework. She also forgets to wear the light blue short summer uniform and puts on the pink winter one until corrected by her sister.

She is also very clumsy, she once put her cell phone in with the wash.

She isn't really interested in video games, anime or manga but likes the series called Sgt. Frog.

Tsukasa is a very good cook and is good at house keeping. Her favorite school subject is Home Economics, but she doesn't like PE very much.

Tsukasa is a bit of a romanic. In grade school she put down "Bride" as her futrure job when in grade school, she wishes she could wear both a kimoto and dress on her wedding day. She is also bubbly and cute and gets nervous in uncomforable situations or when her sister points out a contrediction to something she or someone else says.

Unlike her sister Kagami who wears her hair in long pigtails, Tsukasa's hair is short and she wears a yellow ribbon in it.

Tsukasa Hiigari is the younger fraternal twin sister of Kagami Hiiragi and lives in a six-member family household. She is in the same class as Konata Izumi. She isn't good at studying or sports, but excels in cooking and cheerleading. Tsukasa often depends on Kagami for help on her homework, like Konata, but her reasons are different: Tsukasa easily forgets her assignments, while Konata is just too lazy ot too preoccupied with her hobbies to do them herself. Unlike some of the other characters in the series, Tsukasa has not shown any particular interests in video games or in anime, but she does like the Sgt. Frog series.

Tsukasa's physique is a little smaller than average. She has short, purple hair with a ribbon like a headband in it. Her eyes are droopy and she is portrayed as a stereotypical klutz. Tsukasa once received a mobile phone for her birthday, but didn't have much luck with it, as the phone was taken away by using it in class and later mistakenly ruined by putting in the laundry along within her skirt. Once, she left instant yakisoba alone after pouring hot water in it, only to come back later discovering that there was no water left to drain. Unlike most of the cast of Lucky Star, Tsukasa is a heavy sleeper, and cannot wake up at a set time, even when some one is present to do so. Like her sister, Tsukasa is left handed.

She can be mistaken for cosplaying as Akari Kamigishi from To Heart when she wears her autumn school uniform which is pointed out twice in the anime: once when Konata gave her the actual uniform used in the To Heart anime, and the second, when two people stopped her along the street to take her picture, much to her embarrassment.
