Characters: Ouran High School Host Club
Description: Ouran High School Host Club
When Haruhi Fujioka, the 'scholarship student' at the prestigious academy of Ouran High School, accidentally breaks an 8 million yen vase belonging to the school's "Host Club", a mysterious campus group consisting of six super-rich (and gorgeous) guys, her life changes forever.
The Host Club sentences her to work as their dog in order to pay off her debt. They soon discover Haruhi's strikingly good looks and decide to let her work as a host instead. However, initially only one of the members of the elite club notice one crucial detail... that Haruhi Fujioka is a girl! (Kyoya took one look at her and knew right away.)
Working with the Host Club in this unusual (and adorable) romantic comedy, Haruhi discovers just how wealthy the boys are and how different they are from everybody else. Everyone's fathers at Ouran High are prestigious people in famous companies, so therefore the parents pressure their children to get along in order to make allies for their own purposes. Not just for the "HOST" members, but the entire school's children have to do this also.
For the climax of the series, Tamaki's past returns to haunt him. His grandmother shows up and forces him to escort a lady all day. She's apparently Tamaki's fiancee. Tamaki's grandmother tries to get him to marry her, to DISSOLVE the "HOST" club, and to go back to France. What could possible make him do this? Perhaps the chance to see his mother again. Will he do it? Will he leave everything and everyone behind? Or will he go back to the girl he loves, Haruhi, and the rest of the gang?
