Character Description: Phantom the Pirate
Phantom the Pirate is the main villain in the ninth Pokemon movie. His goal is to find the sea crown. The only way to get the sea crown is to get the egg containing Manaphy. He gets the egg, but a Pokemon ranger named Jackie steals it from him.
Phantom also has a parrot Pokemon. I don't know the name, but I hope the tenth season of Pokemon shows that Pokemon again. He does find the egg again, but it hatched. He chases the people of the water, Ash, Brock, May, and Max by helicopter. Phantom also knows everything about the people of the water.
Later in the movie, he follows the boat that they're on by submarine. Phantom goes by himself to get the sea crown. He also carries the mark of the people of the water, a bracelet. When he took one of the crystals out, the sea temple started to sink.
He tries to grab more, but Jackie stopped him again. Phantom gets away with one crystal, but he drops it. He does escape the sea temple, and later on when the sea temple is above the water, he grabs Manaphy. However as he leaves, Ash tries to stop him while surrounded by a yellow light. Phantom attacks the water Pokemon, but it failed as well as his mecha suit.
