Character Description: Wendy Earhart
Wendy Earhart is the personal secretary of Joker and is of American and Indian descent. When she was 19 years old she joined the British Library. Even though she is the secretary of Joker, Wendy is still an "in training" assistant and a very clumsy girl but extremely energetic, to the point that she causes occasional accidents.
