Posted my review of The Perfect Man. I received a couple manga books from TokyoPop recently, one being the dreaming and the other being Samurai Champloo, and both were pretty good. Samurai Champloo looks and feels just like the anime series, which my wife and I are a big fan of. It's also published in Japanese style, from back to front, left to right. The dreaming, on the other hand, is published in the normal style, but it was also an interesting read. It did get a little slow in the middle, but by the end of the first book there is definietly a mystery going on that begs for the follow up to be released.

Posted my review of Romancing Saga. We are currently in the process of setting up a system where you will be able to get your own Absolute Anime website and email address. This, along with other forum upgrades, are the main reason why I haven't gotten to many anime updates recently. And while the forum upgrades do seem to be helping overall, there have been some glitches along the way. Most have been fixed while we are still working on the others. Sorry for any inconvenience these glitches may have caused!

I've noticed that a few more complaints have come in with regards to my pages revealing spoilers, and I do understand. The spoiler warning I had at the top of the page was small and easy to miss, even when I did make it blink a few times, so I did a little redesign to now make spoiler warning really stand out. On the plus side of this, I now have room to add a web-search option in addition to the existing site-search, and the center section of the title bar now has room for a standard half-banner advertisement. I also create a page that explains about spoilers for those unsure about what the term means.
So, have a good halloween last night? We stayed home and handed out candy. Had a lot of visitors too, with a large variety of costumes. Some of them were really cool, some were completely adorable, some were nice and sexy, and then some were just thrown together. Mine I just through on about 30 minutes before people started to show up. Didn't plan at all this year, just ran to the closet and dug out some old costume parts, then put a bunch of baby power on my face. Got a lot of complements on it though. Anyway, we went through a lot of candy. Finished off both variety packs and then about half a box of peanut M&M's.
Today we went to see Saw II with one of Treeses friends. It wasn't bad, but I liked the first one better, as in this one, you really didn't get to know any of the characters. Plus, this one left a few clues just hanging without answers, which is kind of annoying. Treese liked it though. Her anniversary gift from me arrived today too, which was The Simpsons: Hit and Run for the PlayStation 2, and see seems to like that also! I know, you're probably wondering why I didn't get her Ratchet: Deadlocked since she loves Ratchet & Clank so much. Well smarty-pants, it's because she already has it! Yeah, couldn't wait on that one!
