We went to see Ultraviolet yesterday because we had two free passes we had to use before the end of the month. I wasn't expecting it to be very good, and I wasn't disappointed... meaning it wasn't very good. I'm sure you'll be able to find it in the $9.99 bargin bin soon, right next to Catwoman, Elektra, and Aeon Flux.

Posted my review of Tycoon City- New York. Changed the way advertisements are placed on the pages. I had a few reports of people occasionally experiencing pop-up ads, so I looked into it and think it may have been due to my using JavaScript to place ads on the pages. The JavaScript would write iframes which would in turn write iframes using JavaScript, and thus I believe that this would sometimes confuse the web browser causing either incorrect or a complete lack of JavaScript information sent to the advertisements. So the ads, confused about what they were supposed to display, would just revert to their default, which is a pop-up. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if my theory is correct.

Treeses went in for surgery on Monday. I don't remember exactly what the procedures were called, but it basically involved burning of sinuses or something like that so she could get enough oxygen when she breathes. Surgery went well and she got to go home the same day, though she had to take a few days off work and then won't be feeling back to 100% for like over a week. Then on Friday we had to go to the ER because her leg started to swell pretty bad. Last time that happened we didn't go to the ER and it went away the next day... but then discovered that it had been a blood clot which broke off and traveled to her lungs, which is how she got and almost died from walking pneumonia. So this time we took no chances. Luckily, it wasn't a blood clot.

We said a found farewell to our microwave oven yesterday. We bought if from Costco when we first moved to Redding as our apartment had no microwave, and it had served us well over the years. Luckily, we didn't have to go out and buy a new one, since our house came with one mounted over the oven. It's a bit smaller, but it still gets the job done.
