Character Description: Alicia Whistle
Alicia is a high school-aged sleeper who was awakened on Second Earth. She is a active member of the Sleeper Brigade, and is determined to be Yuji's battle field partner and girlfriend. Alicia has a energetic and joyful nature, but later succumbs to B-cells under the command of Tony.
