Makino Tsukushi is a normal high school girl that attends a less than normal high school. She's a poor girl with parents that expect a lot out of her so they send her to the most expensive private school they can in hopes she'll marry one of the rich preps and take care of them. The problem is she doesn't fit in at all... The F4 (The Flowery Four) are a gang of Ultra Rich boys that control the school and pass out the dreaded 'Red Slips' that give permission to the school to beat up and run the receiver out of the school.

Tsukushi and her friend were on the way to music when her friend fell and tripped none other than: Doumyouji Tsukasa, the leader of the F4! Tsukushi stands up to him and the F4 declare that she will have a red slip in her locker tomorrow. Tsukushi will not have this and declares war! The last thing she expected to do was fall in love... Or have someone fall in love with her...
