Character Description: Misa Amane
Misa Amane is a model, actress, killer, and is infatuated with the original Kira. Thanks to Kira, the criminal who killed her parents was killed in return. Due to this, Misa travels to Japan to find and meet with Kira.
She has a second Death Note, given to her by Rem. Thanks to having a Death Note, she makes an eye trade with Rem and can see people's names and lifespans above their heads, unless they also possess a Death Note, in which case she only see's their name. That is how she figures out who Kira actually is, and begins her romance with Light. Things get complicated as it goes on, but I don't want to spoil everything.

i love misa!!! she's so adorable and everything she does is out of love for light. and she adds humor to the show. sure she's annoying at times but i disagree with people who think she is stupid. at the beginning of the series when she hadn't met light yet and she sent in those videos and she planned their whole meeting without getting caught. a dumb person wouldn't be able to do that. and sure she may seem dumb sometime but she's just a girl "blinded by love". personally, i think she is too good for light. she is completely devoted to him and loves him and would never do anything to hurt him, yet he just uses her as a tool. all she really wants is for him to love her. ... show more »
