Someone on another forum said that it might be one of the girls from One Piece but drawn with different hair coloring. Someone else also said kirara but google just keeps giving my page after page of InuYasha stuff.

well if google is wrong and it cant be a anime character maybe just maybe is the heroine of echii futari, or like i said kirara is my best bet but am still dwindling between echii futari and kirara

Well without being 100% certain since the mod for the spanish naruto forum i found this one keeps banning me i believe i found it. Its CG artwork for a hentai type game called Jingai Makyo: Chaos gate. Character name Igunis.
