I'd say both are pretty decent MMO's.

I've seen WoW gameplay and played for like 10 minutes at my buddies house and it looks pretty good.

I got 2 Guild Wars games for christmas: GW: Factions & GW: Nightfall. I find them both fun to play. Guild Wars was recommended by a good friend of mine from school and he said that If I liked playing Runescape (Don't play it anymore X3) I'd like Guild Wars & until now, I have.

Well, I've been playing Guild Wars since a week after it relased, you know, before it became knowns as "Prophocies." It was amazing, I loved the game, got too lvl 20 in about a day, with about 16 hours of play. I had acended with in the fisrt 3 days, and had made it to end game by the end of the week (would of been their earlier..but I had school xD). I was amazing at PvP and everything. Then Factions came out, and then Nightfall. When Hall of Heros becamse bassically useless, I stoped playing for a while, but started playing agian for the PvP. Now, I've been playing WoW since about 2 weeks before Buring Crusade came out, and I love that game. Now, in an honest opinion, I love World of Warcraft so much better. WoW has better game play, but in my opinion, Guild Wars has better PvP. Now, if you don't want to pay for a game, but love PvP, go with Guild Wars..that's obvious. Though..I'm still waiting for Guild Wars 2 to come out..why must we wait!
