The Anime I'm looking for is originally in Japanese (of course), however about halfway through each episode, it cuts to a black and white animated sequence - Action... Guns possibly? big car chase maybe? - and the Japanese Sieyus (Voice Actors) are speaking english... Been racking my brain for days and can't think
