Last Exile... is it worth watching?

Well, I just caught episode 1 of Last Exile on TV. I like the image a lot, really good graphics.

Never before have I heard of it, except some references here in the forum, and i'm wondering if it is one of those "cool graphics/images and nothing more" animes or a "superb, it'll fry your brain, a must see" kind of anime, and therefore worth spending the time to see all the 26 episodes.

Last Exile hasn't got a dedicated section in this forum, unlike Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, DragonBall and others, so it seems it doesn't have a gigantic amount of fans (that doesn't mean it is not good).

What's your opinion?

Just to be clear, the word "graphics" has to do with games. Anyway, I agree, It has very good animation and I would recomend it.

Sorry for the mixed terms, i was having some problems finding the right words (not all of us speak english since birth, especially here in portugal... LOLOL)

I own all of this anime, and I have to say, it's a lot different that any other anime I've ever seen. It's original and is great. You'll enjoy it.
