My Moderator Application: ANGEL OF HELL

Hello! My name is ANGEL OF HELL a.ka.a AOH! The reason i am applying for the title "moderator" is because i simply enjoy having a good time, solving problems, helping people, and just over all enjoy being a moderator!!! I mean, who doesn't!!!!!!!!!
But of course none of this is actually enough to convince you to let me be mod right? I know if i was mod on this site it sure wouldn't! Well let me be like the honda civic and reverse your thinking!
1. one of many good reasons i should be mod is I LOVE helping people! who doesn't?! I enjoy helping people with their problems, conflicts, controversies, etc.. But not only will i solve them to help the problem, i will also solve it in a calm, responsible, safe manor. Come on, i don't think you really want some one going on about the problem making it worse when half the time (no-offense ) it is a problem that if one simply just let it go, it would be solved right away! But thats what mods are for right? example of what not to do:
guy: dude my advatar is way better than yours!
other guy: no its not!
guy: ya huh!
moderator: WHY DON'T YOU BOTH JUST SHUTUP AND STOP FIGHTING!
Example of what to do: what seems to be the problem here?
guy: my advatar is so much better than his!
other guy: he says his is when CLEARLY mine is better!
moderator: well lets see here....you have a cool advatar and so does he! why DON'T you guys set aside your differences and just like both advatars? or you may not like his advatar but you DON'T have to say it!
guy: ...all right yours is....cool!
other guy: yours to!
2. I have a VERY good sense of humor! I don't think you want a boring moderator who is no fun at all! You need and entertaining moderator! One who is willing to help in all ways by just looking on the bright side of things! People say this is my best quality and i love it!
3. I FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! As you can see by the format of this application I will follow directions! If you need something done for you or a problem etc. I will read it over very thoroughly and twice to identify it, think about it, identify it again, think about it more and then finally get started on it.
4. i am 14
5. I am very loyal to this site and just love being here! if I was a moderator i would be a VERY active mod! I treat this site with honor and respect! I never have or will put this site down or disrespect it what so ever!
6. I'm a thinker! i always think out loud to here myself and as well to make sure i know what I'm doing! You will never catch me off guard cause I do my homework!
7. I love new friends! i love meeting new people and welcoming them to AA! I remember when i was new and I wanted respect! Well, I'm going to give them all the respect, humor, and friendliness they can get out of me!
8. i have had a previous experience being mod on another sight, and i loved it! Don't you want someone with experience? I no the standards and responsibilities of being a mod, and its not easy!

Well I hope you take the opportunity to read my application and give an honest opinion! I WANT YOU TO HAMMER ME! I WANT YOU TO BE AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE! IF YOUR GOING TO SAY SOMETHING MEAN THEN MAKE ME CRY! SOMETHING NICE? MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M IN HEAVEN! i value your opinion no matter what the decision and I hope you will think long and hard about this application! Thank you! -AOH

sorry i was reading the rules and i accedently poste it! and those threads where important because your site was having technical difficulties and alot of people couldent send pm's or post. i did that cause i was concerned about my friends and wanted to try and solve a problem! i would have pmed a mod but, the website wouldent let me! so i felt to solve the problem i would try and get someones attention like a moderator, to get to the chat-room so we could tell somebody the problem! desprate times call for desprate messures! i knew it was going to make somone mad but to get ahold of my friends and try and solve this problem was #1 priorty! i tried to pm webmaster but i couldent do that either! I am sorry for any confussen i caused! also forgive me for acting like a maniac in the posts! i realize if i become mod i cant do that but i am trying to be smarter and think more instead of going crazy like fool! so i am sorry for that as well!

I read your application, and it confused me. Your application was very good and you seem suitable, but your actions on the forums make me think you're not suitable just yet. Regardless you're a pretty cool guy, and I'll certainly research and give it some thought, then I'll get back to you.

Hi AOH. Remember that whatever I may say here doesn't reflect and hatred for you.

AOH, you are my friend and I think you're a cool guy, friendly, nice, and a little decsisive. But being a moderator requires active usage of absoluteanime.com, and that "little decisive" needs to become "greatly decisive." Your provided examples are great, but only focus on one potential issue that could occur on AA. Millions of things can go wrong, and one needs to be ready for anything when being a moderator. SO should one also treat the title, more like job, as a task. AA needs to become more than just a fun place and getaway for you. It becomes a task and requiremnt, a place that you must patrol and judge. My biggest concern for you right now though, AOH, is your brief period when you couldn't be on. Until recently, you haven't been on since August, and if you want to be mod, you need to be on alot, and promise that.

Youre awesome AOH, but I say No OPinion for now.

well i have a few words to say about those opinions but first i'd like to thank u all for giving an honest opinion but i am not ready to be a mod. but u need to know the real aoh: one I AM NOT A PERVE AND I RESPECT GIRLS MORE THAN I RESPECT GUYS. the only reason i go into that topic is when im REALLY bored, and thats not to often. but id like to say something that will really tell who i am and what i plan on doing. my mom told me that i have the spirit, wisdom, heart, and mind of an 80 man but countinue to act like a seven year old child. the reason i was gone for so long is that i had aot of family chrises and it really changed me. if u look at the aoh before u see a loud, obnaxouis, brat that cared for nothing! But ever since my tragidy i have changed. i have learned to act my age and not like some paronoid freak! I can definitly see why you guys wouldent like me and i am sorry for that. but I WILL CHANGE! i will show you all that that little anoying brat is gone! but id like to ask a favor..or 2 1. please keep an eye on me. i dont want to cause any trouble and if u could just peek in once in a while to see what and how im doing, this would be great! and please move this to the rejected application area! but i will showu i can change and i will applie again in the future thx!-aoh
