Does that explain why 2 of my friends bought the full line system and it basicaly froze about an hour into play? I say go with ps3 its a sure bet, I hope they win again microsfot needs a spanking for being over confident (my opinon of cource).

PS3 a sure thing? They don't even have any cooling vents on the system yet!

Conversation between me and a classmate:
Joe: I'm getting the PS3. I hear that it's so powerful that the protoype melts the discs! But they'll get that fixed, obviously, and it will be sweet.

Me: Yeah, it melts the discs because there are no air vents anywhere on the system! Something as weak as a Sega Saturn could melt discs if it lacked those.

Does it look like I care about your opinion? No afence but you do not sound like a lead desighner from sony corp. I am sure it has its own mean of coling the unit maybe not fans but another piece of equipment. You can go ahead and get your x-box 360 im looking forward to the ps3. Maybe when I get some spare cash ill go after the 360. No hard feelings.

Why? I've never advocated against being a dumbass. Nor have I denied that I myself am a dumbass.

My point is that my statement about the PS3 wasn't directed at him and that there is something wrong with you if you take personal offense when a game system is insulted. Besides, what I said about the PS3 is true. And it could easily have as many problems as the 360.

You said just because the ps3 did not have a fan it would not be a sure bet. But how do you know when it is not even out as of yet? Control your self.

This was not a major glitch, and it did not happen to every Xbox 360. Out of the 500,000 units shipped, 5000 of them had problems. In other words, only 1%. Don't try to blow this out of proportion, Sony and Nintendo have had their fair share of similar problems as well.

And lets try to keep the maturity level up people, Don't make this thread into a flame war between console fanboys, God only knows how many of those threads have already been created...

6 or 7 at least as fare as I remember but really I see no reason to get upset, and argue over such things as which system is better it's getting very old and annoying.
