I FINALLY GOT PAST IT!!!!( DO NOT YELL AT ME! THIS WILL NOT SPOIL THE STORY LINE WHATSOEVER ) i chose not to run in the house with the shotgun until i killed all the villagers first , i did this only because i did not want to face that chainsaw dude again , he is crazy as hell , you can unload two 9mm clips in him and he wont die , and to make it worse his kills are instant! perty decapitation.....

Man, this guy scared the crap out of me the first time I saw him o.O". But when I ran into the house the first time and got the shotgun the chainsaw guy did not appear oO". The second time I played the game he came. And killed me -.-

i know! it was like this....
* iw was sitting down scared shitless because the were all trying to get inside , i grabbed the shot gun and ran up the stairs , suddenly the chainsaw dude jumps through the window , at that time i didnt know his kills were instant , so i thought of him as a pushover , i was more concerned with the number of enemys attacking *
myself playing the game : HOLY CRAP IM GONNA DIE!!
* suddenly the chain saw dude attacks me , i had full health so i wasnt worried but that leon's head fell off and it said i died *
myself playing the game : WHAT THE HELL!?

thats bsically how it happened lol , when i was playing it was midnight , i turned all the lights off and turned the volume up to max , i almost pissed myself.

It's a pitty that I never made it playing Hunk or even Tofu in 2. Tofu has only a knive and gets rainbow colors when he is hit XD. You need to complete the B adventure with an A level and I only got B

the easy way to change your rank is to not save it more than 2 times then your practically sorted

I just picked up 4 and I must say nice graphics(even if they're mostly devoid of color) I like the over the shoulder camera... I just found it boring about half ways through. They got the survival factor more then perfect, though I didn't see anything remotely close to horror. It got so bad I used the gameshark just so I could finish it and move onto a new game...

Oh come on. Are you saying that the parts with the Regenerators didn't fit into horror? Or when that flaming guy jumped out of the incinerator?

I'm pretty sure that the lack of vibrant colors was an intended part of the game's atmosphere to set a grim and murky tone.

Nope, nothing horror like in my opinion and I'm a Resident Evil purist. Why else would I ever pick up a Gamecube if only for Resident Evil Zero?

The lack of color did set a murky tone, but it hurt my eyes after awhile.
