So totally Neji......
Although Tsunade's got alot of stength, she would get owned by Neji's Gentle Fist and Byakugan.

Tsunade's a hokage...so therefore... she has the power of controlling anbu to do dirty work ^_^

sure Neji has a keki-genki... but so does the head of the clan...who is most liekely stronger than neiji...

I would say Tsunade for her experience and freakish strength. Plus like ANBU said she is a kage and if Neji's bloodline was so strong a Hyuuga would have been a Kage by now.

Exprince wise deifantly Tsuande but then again Neji has that awesome 8-trigams revolution thing to keep Tsuande's freaky strength away but...in a direct fight I gotta go with tsuande cause..lets face it shes a tricky if unlucky old bag..and now I'm going to run before the tsuande fans blugen me ^^ *runs..after voting*

the battle is ONE ON ONE
So Tsunade won't be able to tell the ANBU to do her dirty work...

Tsunade is a Hokage...one of the three legendary sannin, a student of the 3rd Hokage, granddaughter of the first hokage....she's definitely gonna win.

Neji's a Byakugan genius...there's that time that he lost to Naruto.....he's good but he'll still lose.....

hmm i like neji but tsunade is strong hmm and they said neji was the most gifted dude in the hyuuga family and she is now a hokage hmmm i know tsunade would win but i will pick neji lol hmm its a hard decision
